This version of the Adobe Flash Player is intended for 
Firefox, and will only work on Windows XP and above.  
This is a full offline installer.  

The version 11.1 that works on Win2k has problems playing 
many of the newer flash videos (you cannot skip ahead of 
the buffer on streaming videos for example). The newest 
versions of Flash on the other hand use too many system 
resources for older PCs, and cause jerky video playpack, 
especially when running in Full Screen.

Although Firefox will complain about this version being 
old, this version of Flash works very well on older PCs, 
and unless you must have the latest version for a special 
reason, you should use this version instead.
